Traveltag Chocolate Factory Educational Experience

Day Trips

About This Program

Students will embark on an exciting experiential learning journey to a renowned chocolate factory, where they will gain firsthand exposure to the fascinating world of chocolate-making. The visit begins with a guided factory tour that introduces students to the complete production cycle — from sourcing cocoa beans to the final packaging of chocolates. Industry experts and factory professionals will demonstrate each stage of the manufacturing process, helping students understand how raw ingredients are transformed into finished products through technology, precision, and creativity.

During the live demonstrations, students will observe key processes such as roasting, grinding, mixing, tempering, moulding, cooling, and packaging. Special emphasis will be placed on hygiene protocols, quality assurance measures, and food safety standards followed in modern food-processing industries. Students will also learn about ingredient selection, flavour combinations, and branding techniques that make chocolate products successful in the market.

One of the most engaging segments of the programme is the hands-on chocolate-making activity, where students will get an opportunity to create and decorate their own chocolates under expert supervision. This interactive session encourages experimentation, imagination, and practical learning while allowing students to experience the joy of creating a product from scratch.

To conclude the experience, students will participate in a fun-filled “Mini Creativity Challenge,” where teams will brainstorm and present innovative chocolate concepts, packaging ideas, or marketing strategies. This activity is designed to nurture problem-solving abilities, teamwork, communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking in an enjoyable and collaborative environment.
